Meet Thelma

Thelma immigrated to the United States from Cape Town, South Africa in November 1999 where she became a resident of San Diego. She has lived in many areas of San Diego from North County to the South Bay. In October 2015, Thelma became a naturalized citizen and very proudly wears her love for her country and the opportunities it provides her and her family. In July 2006 she married her husband Al whose family immigrated from Columbia. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. They have one daughter, Izabella, who is actively involved in her community and local competitive cheer.

Since 2005, Thelma has worked in many aspects of Real Estate giving her a unique perspective many agents do not have. She started her career working in title, transitioning into escrow and notary services. In 2010 Thelma made the transition into real estate and has become a leading buyer's agent in San Diego on The Crawford team. She has selflessly served over 125+ clients helping them close on their American Dream! She has served clients from first-time homebuyer purchases to the most seasoned of buyers. Thelma loves to serve military families whether they are moving across town or moving out of state. She strives to create client relationships built on trust and confidence and relationships that will last long past the transaction itself. Thelma prides herself on being a wealth of knowledge and resources for all things homeownership-related and is ALWAYS the first call for industry referrals and contacts.
